Services: Work performed (strategy, design, campaigns) is non-refundable once delivered.
Ad spend / unused funds: If prepaid ad budgets are unused, those balances are refunded.

Digital goods: E-books, PDFs, templates are non-refundable after download.

Physical merch (if selling): 14–30 days for returns/exchanges if unworn/unopened.

Privacy Policy

What data you collect: email, name, project details, analytics.
Why you collect it: project qualification, communication, improving services.
Who you share with: Shopify (hosting/payments), Google (analytics), email providers.
Customer rights: ability to request data deletion or opt out of marketing emails.

Terms of Service

Services are scoped per contract/proposal.
IP rights: client keeps ownership unless otherwise agreed (Partnership deals spell exceptions).
Payment terms: deposits required, balance due on delivery or per milestone.
Liability: not responsible for third-party outages (Spotify, TikTok, Shopify downtime, etc.).
